We Build The Platform.
We Wished Existed.

We saw billion-dollar workflows running on spreadsheets and no software built for how securitization actually works. So we built it.

William Spicer, CEO & Co-Founder

The Founding Story

Why We Built This.

Securitization is one of the most consequential workflows in institutional finance. It moves trillions of dollars annually. And for most of the teams running it, the process looks the same as it did twenty years ago — asset-level data in spreadsheets, waterfall logic understood by one person, investor reports assembled manually the week before the deadline.

The tools that exist weren't built for this. ERPs are generic. Legacy systems are brittle. Nothing speaks the language of structured finance — priority-of-payments, OC/IC tests, tranche allocation — natively. Teams spend days every month on work that should take minutes.

Omega exists because we saw that gap firsthand and nobody was closing it.Not because securitization is obscure, but because it's genuinely complex — and complexity deters most software vendors. We built toward it instead of around it.

We started with 60+ conversations with treasury managers, compliance leads, and structured finance operations teams before writing a line of code. What we heard confirmed what we suspected: the problem was universal, the frustration was deep, and the appetite for a real solution was significant.

What We Believe

The Principles Behind
Every Decision We Make.

01

Domain depth over surface coverage

We built specifically for securitization, not for finance broadly. That means we understand priority-of-payments logic, OC/IC test mechanics, and FINRA reporting requirements natively. We'd rather solve one problem completely than gesture at many.

02

Compliance is architecture, not a feature

Audit trails, immutable logs, and regulatory-grade exports aren't add-ons in Omega—they're in the foundation. We built it in from day one because our customers can't afford it to fail.

03

Honest about what we are

We're pre-revenue. We're in beta. We're a small team building something genuinely hard. We don't pretend otherwise—to investors, to buyers, or to ourselves. We'd rather tell you something isn't ready than oversell and under-deliver.

The Founding Team

The Team Who
Understands The Problem..

William Spicer

CEO & Co-Founder

William built Omega from direct experience with the problem it solves. Having worked inside structured finance and treasury operations, he saw firsthand how much time and risk lived in the manual workflows that Omega replaces. He leads the company's strategy, investor relationships, and customer development—and takes every discovery call personally.

Wystan Wang

Lead Product Designer &
Co-Founder

Wystan owns everything the user touches. At a company building for one of finance's most complex workflows, product design isn't decoration—it's the difference between a tool that treasury teams actually use and one that sits in a browser tab. Wystan's work translates the depth of Omega's architecture into interfaces that feel precise, not overwhelming.

Brandon Cole

Lead Software Engineer &
Co-Founder

Brandon builds the infrastructure that makes Omega's compliance and automation claims real. Securitization automation at institutional scale requires systems that are fast, reliable, and auditable under regulatory scrutiny—not just functional. Brandon architects for that bar from the start, not as an afterthought when the first enterprise customer asks for it.
